When to Replace

Installation Tips

• Turn off the pool filter pump and plug the interior pool wall fittings (or lift the hoses above the water line) to prevent drainage during installation.
• Slide the loosened stainless steel clamp over the bare hose end before pushing the hose onto the rubber adapter fitting.
• Push the hose firmly over the ribbed section of the adapter to ensure maximum surface area contact and seal integrity.
• Position the hose clamp directly over the thickest part of the connector barbs and tighten firmly with a nut driver or flathead screwdriver; avoid overtightening which can warp the internal plastic flow pipe.
